OTTi get a new look?
Not at all. This is an impression of OTTi by a fellow comic artist in Malaysia who drew Pek Chek Kia (a local term of a Grumby boy).
Personally I like the Dragonball evil eyes which make OTTi looked more Pek Chek (upsetting). What do you think?
